Where are shipments made?
We ship to Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
The courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is MRW. Shipments to PO Boxes cannot be made.

What is the delivery time?
The usual delivery time will be from 48 to 72 hours for shipments within the national territory from Monday to Friday, and may be extended up to 15 days for extraordinary circumstances.
In the case of the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the delivery time compared to deliveries in mainland Spain may be extended by 24 – 48 hours.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free.
What is the period of time to make an exchange or a return?
Changes and returns will be accepted within a maximum period of 15 days from the reception of the order.
I chose the wrong ring size, how can I change it for a different size?
To make a change of size, we offer a delivery and collection service through our courier company, only in the peninsula. This service is free of charge.
For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, customers must send the product to our offices (shipping and insurance costs not included) and buy the desired size again, as a new order.

How can I manage my return?
The customer, in accordance with the current legislation, has the right to return the order within 15 calendar days from the delivery of the order. Once these 15 days are over, LUMBRERAS J. will not accept the return.
To process a return, the customer must contact LUMBRERAS J. via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 91 717 9505 and follow the instructions communicated by the company. In no case will returns that do not comply with the procedure and channels set by the company be accepted.
As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the ticket or receipt from the courier company, thus confirming the fact that you have delivered and sent the package.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been manipulated, used or have had their security seals removed.
It is essential that the products to be returned keep the original packaging (box, certificate, accessories …).
Products made to measure and / or personalized cannot be returned.
Once LUMBRERAS J. notifies that the returned products meet the requirements of authenticity and required status, the refund of the payment will be made by the same method in which the purchase was made and in a period of less than 15 business days.
Returns of products purchased on the Platform will not be accepted at any of the official distributors.
